David Griffiths began writing in 2021 with his first novel Pompeii A man out of time published by Ravenwood Publishing. Since then, David has written The Cornovii Mystery – the first novel in the Alba Mysteries trilogy. David has a keen interest in ancient history, particularly Britain and in traditional magick and folklore. He loves to visit ancient sites (stone circles, iron age hill forts etc) with his family, particularly around the county of Shropshire. David is a keen archer, focusing on modern recurve bow and traditional English longbow. He also enjoys horse riding and driving his MG roadster. David uses his knowledge of archery and horse riding by blending them into his books. David is 59 years old and lives in Wolverhampton, England. He is married with two children and one Staffordshire Bull Terrier. David trained in complimentary therapies including Reiki and Egyptian Sekhem. He has an interest in natural remedies including herbalism and crystal healing.
