Phil is an award-winning writer who has worked across a wide range of genres and formats. His debut novel Cows Can’t Jump was published in 2020 with Neem Tree Press. It won the Spotlight First Novel Prize and was shortlisted for The Guardian’s ‘Not the Booker’ Prize and The People’s Book Prize. He currently works as the Head of Books for The Wombles.
