Dying to Stay Young - Glynis Drew

I was born in a small coastal town, which at the time form part of the county of Northumberland. Now just a few miles away, I spend most of my time writing and enjoying the area where I live, with family and friends, all of which I am grateful for. Dying to Stay Young is my debut novel, which introduces DCI Caron Dell, and is the first publication of my written work. I am currently in the process of forming my second story involving Caron and her colleagues: Where is January Blue? This book in the series is planned to be released in early 2026.

Genre: Crime fiction

Blurb:

Caron Dell’s young life was crushed in a few devastating moments. Eighteen years later, she is an unforgiving DCI - obtaining justice for victims is her motivation. Set across Yorkshire’s countryside and Northumberland’s rugged North Sea coastline, DCI Dell leads the hunt to locate notorious criminal Tony Boulter. He has coldheartedly murdered two young teenagers; other vulnerable adolescents are also missing. Caron must anticipate his next move before he kills again.
