Keith F. Lazaron II is a U.S. Army veteran, law enforcement professional, and dedicated public servant with over two decades of experience in policing, education, and community outreach. A former Military Police Officer and Sergeant, Keith has served in multiple roles across federal, municipal, and school-based law enforcement, including as a School Resource Officer where he championed youth engagement and safety education initiatives. His distinguished service reflects a career-long commitment to ethics, leadership, and positive change in the communities he has sworn to protect. A proud graduate of Norwich University, the oldest private military college in the United States, Keith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Intelligence and Security Management. He also earned a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Anna Maria College and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Criminal Justice with a specialization in Organizational Leadership at National University. His academic and professional work explores law enforcement reform, ethical leadership, and public perception of policing.
