Allen Tiller is a paranormal investigator, eminent paranormal historian, and one of the stars of the television show “Haunting: Australia”. Allen is also the founder of paranormal investigation teams Eidolon Paranormal and South Australian Paranormal and the author of book and blog, “The Haunts of Adelaide: History, Mystery and the Paranormal” and “Shades of Black” Allen Tiller was the recipient of the 2017 “Emerging South Australian Historian of The Year Award” as presented by The History Council of South Australia. Awarded for his extensive contribution to making South Australia’s history accessible to the public via his work with the Adelaide City Libraries, The City of Port Adelaide Enfield Council, and constant promotion of history through talks, events, and media appearances. Allen Tiller is also the only paranormal investigator in Australia to be invited by the National Library of Australia to have his writings included in the PANDORA digital archives, an Australian Government initiative to the long-term preservation of, and access to, Australian online electronic publications deemed to be of national significance. Allen has also contributed to the National Library of Australia’s Trove Blog, being the only paranormal historian to be invited to do so. Allen is the author of two self-guided paranormal walking tours: ‘Ghosts of the Port’ and ‘The Adelaide Ghosts and Ghouls Walking Tour’. Allen is also a contributing author to magazine ‘MEGAscene’. Allen promotes local history through his constant talks at libraries, and through his self-produced short-documentary series: Hidden Secrets: South Australia.
