Nimisha Tailor is a visionary thought leader, author and competition and regulation specialist with significant international experience. As the author of the Penguin book The Female Digital Revolution which has been featured on CNA938 radio, Tatler Asia and is a Straits Times Bestseller she has been a powerful advocate for increasing women’s active participation in the digital economy. Speaking and presenting to different audiences around the world, she has engaged with academia, businesses, government agencies, community groups, board member, universities highlighting how they can support women and girls, earning her a nomination for an APAC Tech Diplomacy Award by WomenTech. Nimisha is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders and mentors young and mid-career professionals. As a mentor for the NexGen Keynote Women Speakers programme, she has supported talented women to make impactful speeches on stage by drawing on her public and private sector work experience. As an online guest lecturer for a New York University marketing class (Prague campus) she teaches the importance of regulation in the digital economy. As a consultant, Nimisha has advised large tech companies, central banks and international organisations in the areas of digital finance, digital trade and e-commerce. Previously, she worked at competition authorities in United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia and Singapore. Nimisha served in the UK Government Economic Service and has a MSc degree in Economics from London School of Economics and Political Science.
