Adrian Gonzalez is no stranger to helping people with the challenge of self-motivation, as he has co-founded numerous companies, had a career as a telecommunications engineer and worked as a mentor and marketing consultant. In the process, he’s also earned an MBA. However, and as explained in a video on his website, Adrian is equally open about his past struggles with anxiety, stress, and depression. All of these combined into one life experience, allowed him to develop a set of compelling habits that brings out the best, calmest, and most empowered version of himself, in order to face the challenges of everyday life. The greatest thing about this technique is that is 100% replicable, meaning anybody anywhere can use it, even more so now that Adrian Gonzalez has penned his discoveries and teachings in the form of an easy-to-follow routine in this exciting new book called Morning Zen.
