He earned master’s degrees from Drexel, Harvard, and MIT. His careers included entrepreneur, consultant, plus various positions in state, federal, and international agencies. Gary lives with his wife Lucille in Cape May, New Jersey. At the southernmost tip where the Delaware Bay meets the Atlantic Ocean—Exit 0 on the Garden State Parkway. Cape May is home because it’s not like anywhere else—a magical place in ways that matter most.
