The Limai Chronicles - Islands - Jayson Aguilar Rice

Jayson was born in San Francisco, CA, and carries a strong Hebrew and Tahitian heritage. He and his wife, Brenda, have two beautiful daughters. After many challenges in life, his faith in Jesus Christ has shaped his purpose and perspective, becoming the foundation of his identity and calling. Although Jayson was not raised with a deep understanding of his cultural background, the lack of connection to his heritage was something he deeply felt, and he desired to learn more. Over time, he took it upon himself to learn more about where part of him came from—diving into his Polynesian roots and discovering the richness of the history, traditions, and culture. This journey of faith and cultural discovery led him to write this novel. It is a work of Christian fiction, woven with Polynesian ties and with spiritual Biblical truth. As Jayson continued to explore his heritage and embrace his identity, the desire to share a story that reflected both his faith and cultural legacy gave birth to The Limai Chronicles series.

GENRE: Fantasy

Blurb:

Before time, Atua—the Creator—breathed mana into land, sea, and sky. Five youths—Ailani, Koya, Tala, Hakū, and Fetū—bear sigils linking them to primal forces: spirit, nature, travel, communication, and manifestation. Trained by the Limai, their gifts are both pride and burden. But the Ino, wielders of corrupted mana, rise to sever Atua’s bond. As legends stir, the five must face ancient truths that could reshape their world forever.
